Workshops & Webinars
Throughout my career I have been passionate about making mental health information more accessible through various teaching and speaking events. These experiences have included teaching psychology courses at the undergraduate level and designing and delivering CBT training workshops to healthcare professionals.
More recently, I have enjoyed delivering workshops to the broader community, including large corporate mental health webinars, and mental health information sessions for high school students and parents of teens.
Current workshop and webinar topics include:
What is cognitive behaviour therapy?
Understanding and managing depression
Understanding and managing worry, anxiety and stress
Managing stress and anxiety around tests and exams
Understanding and supporting your teen’s mental health
How to improve coping and resilience during difficult times

Consultation &
Clinical Supervision
Connection, support, and learning within the healthcare community is an important part of our profession. I work hard to maintain my professional networks, lead clinical consultation groups, provide supervision to psychologists in supervised practice, and keep up with my own continuing education.
I am a Founding Member of the Canadian Association of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CACBT), a member of the CACBT’s Certification Committee, and a CACBT Clinical Consultant. I have also served as both a primary and secondary supervisor for Psychologists during their year of Supervised Practice.
I enjoy giving back to our community by providing clinical consultation, and by supporting other clinicians as they become licensed psychologists. Please reach out to me if you are interested in clinical supervision during your year of supervised practice - or clinical consultation around the application of CBT strategies for anxiety disorders, mood disorders, or OCD while working with adults or adolescents.
